The hotel, much as before,
offers a choice of standards of accommodation
divided between the top end Beach
Chalets and the Superior Rooms in a
wing of the main building. As
before, the higher standard is that of the beach chalets located in separate blocks away from the main building. They enjoy a superior location only a few feet away from the beach.
They also offer pleasing views of
the Indian Ocean from their wide
panoramic windows.
The second category of rooms are in a wing off the main block. These air-conditioned rooms offer a
choice of a balcony or a terrace that opens out to a view of the blue waters of
the Indian ocean. |

before the Tsunami of 2004 |
The
Tsunami of 2004 somewhat spoilt the
paradise beach, before you could
wade into the sea for some distance
with the water coming up only to
your knees. But still a fine, wide
bathing beach |
